Brunch is a magical time, where we combine 2 meals into one, mixing salty, sweet and savory. It also means we get to eat twice as much right? I have broken down 3 components to my favorite brunch meal. An Omelet with skillet potatoes and biscuits with gravy. Get better than restaurant brunch right at home for a fraction of the cost. Around here going out to brunch costs around $20 per person, this meal is closer to $2.
