Country Breakfast Part 2: Skillet Sweet Potatoes

In part 2 of our classic brunch, I cover how to make the perfect skillet potatoes every time. You can use any potatoes, but I enjoy the sweetness of the sweet potato, plus since they are softer, they cook a little faster. In 3 easy steps you can make these potatoes in no time. Chop, simmer for 10 minutes then add your spices.
